Conflicto de jurisdicciones suscitado entre el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca Sección Primera, Subsección B y el Juzgado Treinta y Cuatro Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá D.C.

La controversia entre los precitados despachos tuvo su origen en un proceso de nulidad y restablecimiento del derecho promovido por la sociedad Previmedic S.A en contra de una resolución proferido por el agente liquidador de la EPS Humana Vivir.

Al revisar el contenido del presente asunto la Corte encontró que guarda identidad con el resuelto por la Corporación bajo el radicado CJU-076, el cual fue resuelto en el Auto 343/21.

Con base en lo anterior, la Sala Plena decidió ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en el precitado proveído y remitir el expediente al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Primera, Subsección “B” para lo de su competencia y para que comunique la presente decisión a los interesados.
